- Jackson County Health and Human Services, Environmental Public Health Services, administers the Wood Stove and Open Burning Program. Their goal is to "reduce particulate air pollution through education, intervention, collaboration, and necessary enforcement of residential woodsmoke and open burning regulations." - The Rogue Valley Transportation District's Way to Go Program promotes alternatives to driving alone. Included in the Way to Go Program are two group bus pass programs for employers and schools: U-Pass Program and Fare Share Program.
